How to convert PDF to PowerPoint

The .pptx file you download is the standard presentation format, so besides PowerPoint it also opens in Google Slides, Keynote, LibreOffice Impress and similar programs. It is the same presentation in any of them, which makes it easy to keep working in the app you already use.
